Juicy tannins, full-bodied and dry, with an aromatic volcanic terroir. Vibrant red fruit and wood, with a subtle sparkle. Made from organic Pinot Noir and Dornfelder grapes, black and red berries on oak, and fermented red beet. Aromas of blackcurrant leaf and kelp. (Cuvée 2025)
