Tanca Els Ulls Garnatxa Negra 2024 is a bright, soulful expression of Garnatxa from Francesc Boronat, made in and around Nulles, southwest of Barcelona. Working organically and with minimal intervention, Boronat focuses on transparency and drinkability, letting local varieties speak clearly of their Mediterranean surroundings.

Fermented naturally and kept deliberately light on extraction, this Garnatxa shows the grape's fresher, more lifted side rather than power or weight. The influence of limestone and proximity to the sea comes through in a subtle saline edge and herbal nuance.

This is Catalan Garnatxa as a daily-drinking red: juicy, open, and quietly complex — equally at home slightly chilled or at the table.
